In this issue we talk to Victor Perry, owner of the famous Breastform Store.

TT: Where in the world is The Breastform Store?

VP: We are located in a suburb of Vancouver BC.

TT: Are you a member of the TG community yourself or have you had leanings in that direction?

VP: The next answer tells all!

TT: How did you get into selling breastforms?

VP: It was my wife who started helping the community from her mastectomy store. Neither of us knew anything about TG's. We actually called the police to see if she would be safe fitting a TG while alone in her store!

The police officer just laughed and gave us a brief lesson on TG's. A few years later, I went on the Internet to see what was available for TG's. I quickly realized we could do a much better job, not just in price but in service and attitude.

TT: How has the internet changed things?

VP: I continually have TG's tell me that thanks to the Internet, they have found they are not alone, they are normal and are finally enjoying themselves.

TT: What makes The Breastform Store different to other breastform outlets on the web?

VP: I think it is because we have such a high level of personal service, including the toll free number for our Certified Fitter. We guarantee satisfaction, our products, and the complete privacy of our clients.

I feel we have been able to bring the ideals of honesty, quality and service to the Internet.

TT: What is the worldwide TG community like to deal with?

VP: Amazing. TG's are such NICE people! For example, we are subject to fraud in less than 1% of our sales.

TT: You must have accumulated some funny stories along the way. Tell us about one of them.

VP: One of the best was one from a client who ran his Cadillac into the back of a semi-trailer. Rescue people pried him out of the car, amazed he had survived. He sent me pictures of the Cadillac and I am also amazed. His secret? His very large breast forms had formed a cushion between him and the steering wheel as it was shoved into his chest!

TT: Without giving away any top secret information, what are you plans for the future?

VP: We will add a new very large breast forms shortly. We hope to manufacture more products specifically designed for TGs.

We are also going to spend time promoting our picture gallery sites. The sites are a small way for us to give back to the community. They are free sites so we can only expand them as money becomes available. TT: Given your time over again, would you still go into the same business?

VP: Let me tell you another story by way of an answer. Because my wife helped that first CD person so many years ago, while many would have refused, our lives have become full of joy. Our daughter was working on a project for us with a website designer. They never did complete the project but did get married! Now, thanks to the TG community, we have one grandchild and another coming in March. I wouldn't change a thing!

TT: Is there anything else you’d like to add?

VP: Yes Katie, I would like to take this opportunity to express my concern about buying hormones on the Internet. I think this could be very dangerous to your health or just a plain old rip-off.
